Ingredients

  • 750 Grams Rolled Oats
  • 250 Grams Currants
  • 200 Grams Slithered Almonds
  • 3 Granny Smith Apples
  • 2L Organic Orange Juice

Method

  • Step 1: Core Apples and cut into halves
  • Step 2: Julienne Apples with V Slicer or knief
  • Step 3: Pour oats in an empty bowl
  • Step 4: Add currants and slithered almonds to bowl
  • Step 5: Add apples to mix
  • Step 6: Pour Orange Juice to the mix
  • Step 7: Mix through with fork

 

Leave the mix in the fridge to rest overnight. This will allow the mix to absorb the orange juice and develop a creamy flavour
