Ingredients
- 2 Litres of Cloudy Apple Juice
- 900 Grams of Rolled Oats
- 2 Granny Smith Apples (Julienned)
- 100 Grams of Sultanas
- 50 Grams of Almond Meal
- 50 Grams of Hazelnut Meal
- 50 Grams of Dried Apricots
- 50 Grams of Flaked Almonds
- 2 Table Spoons of Cinnamon

Method
- Step 1: Julienne 2 Green Apples
- Step 2: Put in a container with Apple Juice to prevent browning
- Step 3: Add 50 grams of Dried Apricots sliced thinly
- Step 4: Add Almond & Hazelnut meal & Flaked Almonds
- Step 5: 900 grams of Rolled Oats with remaining amount of Apple juice & mix throughly.
- Step 6: Add cinnamon and mix thoroughly and place in Fridge overnight, to infuse flavours together.
Recipe is for 20 servings.
