Ingredients

  • 2 Litres of Cloudy Apple Juice
  • 900 Grams of Rolled Oats
  • 2 Granny Smith Apples (Julienned)
  • 100 Grams of Sultanas
  • 50 Grams of Almond Meal
  • 50 Grams of Hazelnut Meal
  • 50 Grams of Dried Apricots
  • 50 Grams of Flaked Almonds
  • 2 Table Spoons of Cinnamon

Method

  • Step 1: Julienne 2 Green Apples
  • Step 2: Put in a container with Apple Juice to prevent browning
  • Step 3: Add 50 grams of Dried Apricots sliced thinly
  • Step 4: Add Almond & Hazelnut meal & Flaked Almonds
  • Step 5: 900 grams of Rolled Oats with remaining amount of Apple juice & mix throughly.
  • Step 6: Add cinnamon and mix thoroughly and place in Fridge overnight, to infuse flavours together.
