Ingredients
- Chicken Breast
- Tomato
- Head of Lettuce
- Honey
- Organic Soy Sauce
- Virgin Olive Oil
- Danish Fetta Cheese
- Wholemeal Wraps

Method
- Finely chop lettuce into strips.
- Slice chicken breast into bitesize strips.
- Mix honey, soy, olive oil in a bowl.
- Add chicken strips to bowl and mix through.
- Leave chicken to marinate for 5 minutes or up to 24 hours if you have more time.
- Spray pan lightly with oil
- Stir-fry chicken until cooked.
- Place a serving of lettuce, tomatoes and chicken strips on the wholemeal wrap.
- Sprinkle some danish fetta and roll up the wrap.
