Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast
  • Tomato
  • Head of Lettuce
  • Honey
  • Organic Soy Sauce
  • Virgin Olive Oil
  • Danish Fetta Cheese
  • Wholemeal Wraps

Method

  • Slice up tomatoes.
  • Finely chop lettuce into strips.
  • Slice chicken breast into bitesize strips.
  • Mix honey, soy, olive oil in a bowl.
  • Add chicken strips to bowl and mix through.
  • Leave chicken to marinate for 5 minutes or up to 24 hours if you have more time.
  • Spray pan lightly with oil
  • Stir-fry chicken until cooked.
  • Place a serving of lettuce, tomatoes and chicken strips on the wholemeal wrap.
  • Sprinkle some danish fetta and roll up the wrap.
