Ingredients
- 200 Grams Frozen Peas
- 300 Grams Eye Fillet or Blade Steak
- 2 Brown Onion
- 6 Pcs Filo Puff Pastry
- 2 Cps Beef Stock
- 2 tblsp Worcestershire
- 2 tblsp Cornflour
- 2 tblsp Soy
- 2 tblsp Paprika

Method
- Step 1: Add peas to boiling water and leave to simmer for 5-10 minutes
- Step 2: In a large glass add a small amount of beef stock and stir in cornflour. When cornflour has completely dissolved, add the remaining stock, Worcestershire and soy to glass
- Step 3: Cube steak and finely slice the onion
- Step 4: Brown steak pieces in pan, then put to side
- Step 5: Sautee onions and add paprika
- Step 6: When mushrooms & onions have cooked down, add peas, steak pieces and season well
- Step 7: Add gravy mix to pan and mix through until thickens
- Step 8: Line a baking dish with 3 pieces of Filo puff pastry, making sure to oil in between each layer
- Step 9: Pour the filling into the baking dish and cover with 3 pieces of Filo puff pastry
- Step 10: Bake for 50 min in a preheated oven at 190C(conventional) / 170C (fan force)
Serves 4-6 people.
